The flow of people passing through Lyon's streets have been the inspiration for this light installation.
All these people are creating different movements that creates whirlpools seen from a larger perspective.
The installation has been designed with the goal to get the masses to join forces. By pushing the big light-installation into movement they can get the installation to spin around and this will trigger the light effect. The light will be thrown around in beautiful patterns and get the light in the core to develop.
This lighting design is an project made for the “Fete des Lumieres” - Lyon Festival of Light 2015.
